Project Description

Conflict and arguments are inevitable consequences of everyday human interaction. We have conflict with friends, co-workers, family, significant others, and even strangers. After a conflict takes place we usually confide in the people that we are closest to, and they serve as nothing but echo chambers for our side of the argument with their bias—never hearing the other person's side of the story or, if they are familiar with the other person, leaning on their bias towards both parties. This often leads to people feeling that they are right in most situations, despite not collecting enough objective feedback. As a result, most people inaccurately believe, “I’m always right!”

Well, are you?

For the first time ever, with the Who’s Trippin’?! app, people will have access to feedback on their conflicts from potentially thousands of strangers who lack any familiarity-bias on who is really “Trippin” in their conflicts! With WT?! users will be able to post via video, voice or text (with option to hide their identities) explaining their side of a conflict and then invite the other side to articulate their side of the conflict in multiple rounds, which will culminate in receiving a verdict from other users' votes!

One of the most famous human expressions is, “I’m always right!” Well, with the Trippin’ Meter you will have accurate data on how wrong or right—and to which degree you are—with all of your arguments you post on the Who’s Trippin’?! App!

Who's Trippin’?! was designed to be fun and engaging, but also to remind us that it’s ok to be wrong! Being perfect is contradictory to the human experience, which in reality is about making mistakes and growing from them! None of us are perfect and none of us are always right! It’s important that we have that compassion and understanding in such polarizing times!
