Many job seekers prepare for interviews by reading generic tips or memorising answers, but struggle to translate that knowledge into real conversations. AI Job Interview Coach was created to close that gap with realistic, interactive practice sessions powered by AI.
Within the app, users can select interview scenarios, talk to one of several AI hiring manager personas, answer questions in their own words, and receive targeted guidance on how to improve. The experience feels like sitting in a simulated interview room, without the pressure of a real recruiter on the other side.
Our team built the product using Flutter for cross‑platform mobile, Node.js/Express for APIs, MySQL as the data store, and a responsive web app for browser‑based practice, all connected to Blue Elephants Solutions’ AI Coach Pro engine.
The admin panel enables the client to configure personas, question sets, learning paths, and analytics, so they can adapt the platform to different industries, roles, and skill levels over time.
