Project Description

While the Fete Finder User app focuses on helping attendees discover and book the best carnival events worldwide, Fete Finder Organizer was designed specifically for the people behind the scenes, the promoters, planners, and production teams who bring those experiences to life.

The client wanted a tool that understands the unique rhythm of the carnival and party scene: fast‑moving, multi‑city, and heavily dependent on timing, updates, and ticket performance. We worked closely with them to translate that reality into clear screens, workflows, and dashboards.

On the technology side, we built native apps in Swift and Kotlin, powered by a PHP/Laravel backend, MySQL database, and AWS infrastructure, with responsive web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery. This stack allows organizers to manage events from any device, while API services keep everything in sync with the public Fete Finder User experience.

From first event creation to live ticket scanning at the gate, every flow was designed to feel familiar to promoters who might be moving between laptop, phone, and on‑site staff in the middle of a busy event schedule.

Business Goals

The main business goal behind Fete Finder Organizer was to give promoters a central toolkit for their entire carnival event lifecycle, create, market, sell, track, and refine, without relying on disconnected tools or manual processes.

By pairing the Organizer app with the Fete Finder User app, the client aimed to build a two‑sided platform: one side where attendees discover and book fetes, and another where organizers can reach an engaged audience and manage everything from tickets to door access in real time.

In practical terms, the goal was to help promoters grow attendance and revenue, reduce operational stress, and gain visibility into how each event is performing so they can improve future lineups, pricing, and marketing.
