iRoid Solutions created a Flutterâbased mobile app, backend APIs, and admin tools that let resellers browse curated designs, share product photos with customers, place orders, and have parcels shipped in their own name, quietly powered by Mekhla Chador Hub behind the scenes.

Traditional Assamese attire like Mekhla Chador has strong demand, but many aspiring resellers struggle with inventory costs, photography, and shipping operations. The client wanted a digital platform where they could handle stock and logistics centrally, while resellers focus purely on marketing and customer relationships.
Inside the app, resellers browse an extensive catalogue of Mekhla Chador and Assamese sarees, organised by fabric, motifs, and design style, then share highâquality product photos directly to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels. When a customer confirms, the reseller places the order through the app and the product is shipped straight to the customer’s address in plain packaging that carries only the reseller’s name and phone number.
Our team implemented the app in Flutter for both Android and iOS, with Node.js/Express APIs, MongoDB, and an admin panel on top of AWS and GoDaddy hosting. This stack powers catalogue management, stock visibility, orders, discounts, and tracking, giving Mekhla Chador Hub an endâtoâend reselling engine while keeping the frontâend experience simple for resellers across Assam and beyond.
The core business goal was to enable more people—especially local entrepreneurs and homeâbased sellers, to start or grow a Mekhla Chador business without upfront inventory investment.
By positioning Mekhla Chador Hub as a “stock and logistics partner” and giving resellers a mobile storefront they can use from anywhere, the client aims to expand the reach of Assamese traditional wear, increase order volumes, and build a network of loyal resellers who rely on the platform for fresh designs and reliable delivery.
For resellers, the goal is clear: access quality products, quote their own price, earn healthy margins, and strengthen their personal brand, while the app quietly handles the operational complexity in the background.
Resellers can browse a large selection of Mekhla Chador and Assamese sarees, with intricate designs, motifs, and fabric variations tailored to regional tastes.
The app provides readyâtoâshare product images that resellers can send to customers via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other social channels, no separate photoshoot required.
Once a customer selects a product, resellers place orders directly through the app, and Mekhla Chador Hub ships items to the customer’s address on the reseller’s behalf.
Shipments are sent in plain courier packets featuring only the reseller’s name and mobile number, ensuring that customers experience the order as coming from their trusted seller, not from the platform.
The platform offers set discounts and competitive rates, allowing resellers to set their own selling prices and maintain attractive profit margins.
Resellers don’t need to hold inventory; current stock levels are maintained and displayed by the app, so they can sell confidently without capital locked in products.
New designs and collections are pushed regularly, helping resellers keep their catalog fresh and stay ahead of trends in traditional Assamese fashion.
The client manages products, discounts, stock, orders, and shipping operations via an admin interface, using Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS to keep the system reliable and scalable.

Challenges
Solutions
Many reseller apps overâemphasize the main brand, which can weaken the reseller’s identity and customer trust.
The app was designed so all customerâfacing communication and packaging carry only the reseller’s details, while Mekhla Chador Hub stays in the background as the operational partner.
With multiple resellers selling from the same inventory, stock visibility and accuracy are critical.
Backend services and database models keep product availability updated, with checks at order time to prevent overselling and maintain a smooth customer experience.
Resellers often work primarily from their phones and need quick ways to show products and confirm orders.
The UX focuses on fast sharing flows and simple order forms: browse, share, confirm, order, so resellers can manage their full business from a single app.
The platform must support reseller earnings while covering its own costs and logistics.
A structured discount and pricing model was built into the admin tools, allowing the client to set reseller discounts and adjust strategies as demand grows, without changing the frontâend experience.
More resellers and orders mean more pressure on shipping, returns, and communication.
The architecture and admin panel support centralized tracking, order status management, and performance monitoring, giving Mekhla Chador Hub the visibility it needs to keep delivery timelines and customer satisfaction high as the platform expands.
