drain-bears-scheduling-appMost plumbing appointments still start with a phone call, long holds, and back‑and‑forth about availability. BEARS Home Services was created to streamline that experience: let customers request service when they notice a problem, pick a time slot that works, and get a clear confirmation, without talking to a call centre.
In the app, users open BEARS Home Services, choose the type of plumbing issue (drain, leak, general repair, etc.), and select a time from available appointment slots. Once a booking is submitted, they receive confirmations and updates so they know their appointment is locked in and help is on the way. A built‑in referral system lets them share the app with friends and earn points toward future services, turning satisfied customers into active promoters.
On the technology side, the customer apps are built natively in Kotlin (Android) and Swift (iOS), providing responsive, reliable performance for everyday homeowners. The backend, powered by Laravel with a MySQL database, exposes APIs for bookings, customer profiles, time slots, and referral tracking. An admin panel built with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Laravel views allows office staff to manage schedules, technicians, appointment statuses, and referral redemptions.

SS KYC : Shikshan SarvadaMost schools and education organisations still rely on physical forms and manual workflows when they onboard students, collect documents, or update records. This makes it hard to keep data clean, secure, and up to date, especially when working across multiple batches, years, or programs. SS KYC: Shikshan Sarvada was built to fix that.
With the mobile app, students or parents can log in, fill in key details, upload required documents, and complete their KYC process without visiting the office or handling stacks of paperwork. The app guides them through structured steps, personal information, contact details, academic history, ID proof, and other documents, reducing errors and missing fields.
On the institution side, a React‑based admin panel connected to a Django backend gives staff a clear dashboard of applications, verification status, document completeness, and follow‑ups. Administrators can review submissions, approve or reject entries, request clarifications, and export clean data for use in their internal systems, all from one place. Flutter ensures a smooth mobile experience on both Android (once live) and iOS, while Django provides a robust, scalable backend for data and workflows.
